When emailing your order please include the items listed below We will respond within 24 hours to confirm that we received your order.

Your order MUST include the following:

• Name, phone number
• Product number and quantity
• Verbiage for each item
• Attachments such as logos or clip art. (Vector art in pdf format)
• Date that you need your order.

"Normal" production time is 5-7 business days, especially if your award needs to be ordered.

Larger quantities may require 7-10 days. Some special order items, such as cast plaques, may require additional time. A "delivery date" will be confirmed with each order. Please be sure to inform us of your event date.

Rush charges apply for orders inside of 48 hours.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

To ensure good quality results on your laser engraved product the artwork MUST be in an acceptable format.

Laser engraving is very different that printing on your printer.

• Email your artwork as an attachment to: mail@wellstrophy.net
• We cannot accept artwork saved as Word, Excel, PowerPoint or websites.
• Artwork MUST be in vector format saved as an .EPS, .CDR, or .PDF with all lettering converted to outlines.

(Don’t let the word VECTOR scare you It’s just a file conversion or a file format. RASTER images can be blurry when lasered, hence the need for a VECTOR file. )

• Contact your company’s graphic department. I’m sure they will be happy to provide you with a High Resolution Logo for your award.
• Do not stress about your artwork. If you do NOT think you can send the correct format we can send it to our Art Department. It will cost $25 - $50 to convert your logo to the correct format. This is a one time charge for each different logo.
• Please know we are working hard to make sure your award meets our high standards of product quality and therefore must have quality artwork.

Please allow additional time for artwork alterations.

Absolutely!!! Don't worry, we will send you a proof of the layout before we personalize your awards.

We won't make them until you are happy with the layout and have a chance to proof your order for spelling.

Once your order is approved we will process. Changes cannot be made after production has begun.

$10 charge for more than 1 proof.
Please note we do NOT send proofs for small trophy plates.

There is only a $10 set up and processing fee on all items. You can add as much text as you would like. We do not count word or letters.
